Database Registration Form Help
This form is to ensure that the details that we receive from World Pension Plus match the details we have. This will be used as a fail safe that no one is missed in the Submission. Once we have reached the minimum applicants as required and have received the final criteria that they will except, we want to be able to move as quickly as possible to avoid any delays.
It is important that the details you submit on this form match exactly the information you have listed in your affiliate/members page on the World Pension plus site. To be sure that you get the details correct we recommend the you open your members area at the WPP site and select the "Account Details" link at the top of the main screen. Then open the "Database Update Form" in another Tab or Window in your browser so that you have the details and the form available on the screen. If you cut and paste your information from one to the other Be Sure You Don't Have Any Blank Space At Either End Of The Word Or Words You Are Copying.
From this point on all new members will be given the link to this form in the welcome email they receive from World Pension Plus when they join as an Affiliate/Member.
The form is simple and all you need to do is enter your basic details as requested. You will see to the right of each box a brief description of what is required. On successful completion you will see a brief success screen and then forwarded to a success page. You will also receive an email to confirm your update has been successful.
If you cancel or, the form fails to load to the database, you will be sent to a failure page that will then give you the option to return to the Form Page.
Change of User Name Form
A very small number of applicants that filled in the Members Database Update Form have incorrectly entered their details. The Change of Detail Form is only if you have entered your Username incorrectly OR you have a problem with a misspelled Email Address or Email Address that is not accepting mail.
Please only fill in this Change Of Detail Form If you have entered your Username or email Address Incorrectly or have not received an email confirmation from the Database Update Form. It is a correction form only and only available from Here and the Home Page.
IMPORTANT: You will receive an email confirmation that the form has been received at the Support Center BUT This correction will be manually done so allow 24-48 Hours for the Change to be processed.

This site is for financial members of the World Pension Plus affiliate membership program that have registered their interest in the group submission application through Yardas via this site. Everybody that has been issued both usernames and password and have active use of the affiliate program and access to the members area are deemed to be active participants in this submission.
All information that is submitted on this site is kept in the strictest confidence and is only used by Yardas for the purpose of the submission and is not made available to any other parties. Yardas will use this information at is sole discretion and will only submit it to organizations involved with the processing and implementation of the group submission for payment. Should you fail to supply all requested information requested you will be unable to be included with this process.
